Woodrow's Policy On Returns

Returns:

To initiate a return request, please email us at woodrowsapparel@gmail.com and put in the subject line: RETURN REQUEST.    Please reference your order number in the email.  If your order comprises multiple items, kindly specify the items you intend to return. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly replace items that do not fit or meet your preferences, provided they adhere to the return qualifications outlined below.

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. If this timeframe has elapsed, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, inclusive of the original packaging. Kindly note that certain product categories, such as worn compression gear, are exempt from return due to their "personal" nature. Any item not in its original condition that is worn, altered, laundered, or displaying signs of wear not initially reported by the consumer and/or any item returned beyond the stipulated 30-day period after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product.

To help with your return process, please ensure you provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request that you refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer. 

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe. Products returned without a qualifying exchange will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, we advise you to first check your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, followed by your bank, as there may be a processing delay. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be dispatched to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, thereby notifying them of the return.

Shipping: Kindly note that the customer bears responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Additionally, shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. Depending on the nature of the return, reimbursement for return shipment may be applicable. Please be mindful that the duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.  Should your return request be approved and necessitate shipping, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will subsequently receive a refund. For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend utilizing a traceable shipping service or procuring shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
